New FreeWebFlow.com released -  June 9

Over many years it has been the strategy of WebProof to provide free, new functionality to their existing customers, with the purpose of helping them to increase their profits.
The latest free release was 3D Page-Flip.
The hotfolder-based workflow WebFlow has been integrated with WebProof over many years, in order to optimize the total process of the graphic production and remove all the trivial and manual internal processes. Companies such as LEGO, DDB, Bauhaus, Aller and other well-known companies have benefitted from the result of this special integration. WebProof thinks that if other companies experience how good and reliable WebFlow is, they will want to get WebProof and integrate their workflow as well.
This is why WebFlow is now released free for everybody. Watch .... Read More

Annual Report for 2009 -  May 28

2009 was the year that all companies worldwide cut down much of their planned marketing activities, including graphic production, which is the leading area of WebProof. One could have feared that companies had to cut costs and therefore would cut their use of WebProof.

However 2009 was also the year that all WebProof users realized that WebProof is not a ‘nice-to-have’ product to help handle their graphic production, but a ‘need-to-have’ software. Furthermore, many new clients found their way to WebProof in order to save costs and reduce their production time. This is why WebProof came out of 2009 with a positive economic result, while at the same time having invested in developing many new features, which was very positive for all WebProof users.

Forty Norwegian newspapers chose WebProof 3D Page-flip to publish their digital newspapers, and WebProof got the order to deliver an Internet-based newspaper. The article content can, through this solution, be used for all other forms of publishing – mobile services, etc. The user-security and micro-payment involved means that WebProof expects that this market will continue to grow. The solution initially covers 40 newspapers in Norway. .... Read More

What should have been only a couple of days’ visit to customers in United Kingdom became a two-week stay from 14th to 26th May. All flights were cancelled and in the end, WebProof had to drive back to Denmark. However the result was almost like establishing a new office when we were there, and gave us many positive contacts to new potential clients in the UK. .... Read More

ISO 27001 certification -  March 25

On the back of wishes from, in particular, IT departments, at bigger organizations from both present clients and potential clients, WebProof has decided to get the best international certification – ISO 27001, which very few software companies have. This project will take around a year and has already been started.

Even though WebProof has described all their programming procedures, security checks, etc. very well, an ISO 27001 certification will also involve external audits and in this way customers can rely on this official, external evidence. The alternative would be that the IT departments would have to perform this audit themselves, and WebProof would have to complete individual questionnaires for each company. The result is that the ISO 27001 certification is a win-wi .... Read More
