Now that we are using WebProof, we are avoiding many problems associated with our users e-mailing large documents back and forth.
We have fewer complaints that clients can't send or our users didn't receive emails that were too large. Users got testy when they spent hours marking proofs that were old, but didn't know it.
Users also don't have nearly as large inboxes or outboxes as before. We're saving on mail server disk space, and users are finding their e-mail clients more responsive. After cleaning out old projects from email boxes, we're finding our back-ups are smaller and not growing as fast.
We're glad we didn't have to spend time to set up, configure, and manage yet another web server - WebProof is hosted and hardly uses any of our bandwidth.
WebProof is completely web based, using no plug-ins at all. My life got easier (or at least not any worse), by not needing to support users on Java, Flash or security settings.
